After a short warm-up with some mobility exercises for legs and arms, you'll move into two rounds of slow Sun Salutations, the first with a kneeling sequence added on to the end and the second with a standing poses sequence. After that you'll move down to the floor for a seated sequence of hip-opening and leg-stretching forward folds and then to a lovely supine twist to finish.
