I couldn't come up with a better name for this class! The twists and leg-stretches are repeated in the two warm-up sequences, the two vinyasa flows, the seated sequence and the supine one too :-)
Props needed: A brick for under your hand and a blanket for under your knee.
Mat direction: Long edge facing the screen.
