This Vinyasa Flow class takes you through repetitive sequences featuring Candle Pose (Prapidasana), variations of Both Big Toe Pose (Ubhayya Padanghustasana), variations of Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) and Boat Pose (Navasana). You'll then come down to the mat for some supine stretches including Happy Baby Pose (Salamba Balasana) and a reclined twist.
Props required: Two blocks and a belt.
Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
