As usual, this strength-building session follows the format of 3 blocks - each with 2 exercises, alternating upper body and one lower which are repeated 3 times. Please note: start with lighter bands than I do - I went a bit too heavy and had to change. You can always adjust up if you need to. I hope you feel empowered and energised afterwards.
