Practice the Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) sitting on a chair. This slow and mindful practice works really well if you're feeling tired or have an injury that needs a little extra care or attention. You'll move from side to side of the chair doing side bends, Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana),adapting the traditional Triangle Pose into a Side Angle Pose and the Pyramid Pose into a Lunge, and a Side Lunge (Skandasana) before shifting to the other side and repeating the sequence.
Props Needed: A chair, a blanket to sit on and two bricks or blocks
Mat Direction: Long side facing the screen
