This is the first in a series of short mobility practices that you can slot into your everyday life - no yoga mat or exercise clothes required, just move. These movements will help to increase your range of movement, promote ease and freedom of movement in your joints and improve your balance. They are especially important to practice as you get older but beneficial for everyone. They are simple and effective and quite fun too :-)
Props needed: None.
