Standing Pose Mandala Sequence

32m
A Mandala sequence takes you around the mat in a circle, so you repeat the poses more than once. In these two standing pose Mandala sequences you'll do familiar poses such as Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) into Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana) and then turn towards the wall for Tree Pose (Vrksasana) and Flamingo Pose ((Rajahamsasana). You'll then repeat the standing poses and finish the sequence with Chair Pose (Utkatasana). The sequences are interspersed with Half Forward Bend (Ardha Uttanasana) at the wall and the practice also finishes with this shape, but lying on your back and resting in Legs Up The Wall Pose (Viparita Karani).
