This class takes you through various lunges such as Crescent Moon Pose (Anjaneyasana), Warrior 1 Pose (Virabhadrasana I) and Lizard Pose (Uttan Pristhasana). After each of these is a variation with a twist, followed by a Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). You'll be stretching the hips, thighs and the front of the torso, rotating the spine and stretching around the shoulders too. The lunge poses are followed by some seated ones to stretch the legs too.
Props required: A blanket for under your knees and blocks and/or bricks to put under your forearms as required in Lizard Pose.
Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
