27m
This sequence takes you through a selection of mostly kneeling poses, including Camel Pose variations (Ustrasana), Balancing Table Pose (Dandayamana Bharmanasana), Gate Pose (Parighasana) and Half Side Arm Balance (Ardha Vasisthasana). There are some seated side stretches before coming to lie on your back for an upturned Balancing Table Pose (aka Dead Bug!) which will strengthen your core. Finally, there's a relaxing twist and Supta Baddha Konasana (Supine Bound Angle Pose) before relaxing in Savasana.
Props required: A blanket for under your knees.
Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
