This gentle class invites you to try some backbends lying on your front. Perfect for when you're feeling tired or a bit under the weather but still want to move and stretch. Expect Sphynx Pose (Salamba Bhujangasana, the thigh-stretching Half Frog Pose (Ardha Bekhasana), Locust Pose (Salabhasana), the hip-opening Half-Frog Pose (Ardha Mandukasana) and some options for Bow Pose (Dhanurasana).
Props required: A blanket.
