Duration: 46 minutes
Emphasis: Life is busy and can be stressful and overwhelming, but Restorative Yoga can help. Note: each pose is held for around 2 minutes - if you're uncomfortable and need to come out of the pose before me please do, and find a position that's more comfortable so you can relax again.
Props required: A blanket and two pillows to make your bolster, plus an extra blanket, two blocks and two bricks.
Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
