Expect Sphynx Pose (Salamba Bhujangasana, the thigh-stretching Half Frog Pose (Ardha Bekhasana), Locust Pose (Salabhasana), the hip-opening Half-Frog Pose (Ardha Mandukasana) and some options for Bow Pose (Dhanurasana).
