This is a seated sequence to help release a stiff, tight upper back, bringing it more mobility and, I hope, a sense of relief and release. The practice can be done seated on either the floor or a chair. You'll need a block for the final supine backbend and might need another one to put under your head.

Bridge Pose Flow
Move in and out of Bridge Pose variations to strengthen the back, core, glutes and hamstrings, while stretching the front of the body and opening the chest. We will then counterpose with gentle forward bends to stretch the back out.
