14m
In this short class you'll start either kneeling in Thunderbolt Pose (Vajrasana) or, if your knees prefer, in upright kneeling. In this position you'll explore the arm positions that appear in the standing sequence. Next comes a short sequence which will stretch your feet and your legs. The standing sequence comes next, before coming to the floor for Childs Pose (Balasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend (Upavista Konasana). You'll finish with a supine twist before a short Savasana.
Props required: A blanket to kneel on if required.
Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
