No Hands, Strong Legs Flow
Hatha Yoga
•
31m
This class features a slow and steady standing flow sequence where there's no weight-bearing on your hands. You'll get the feeling of a Sun Salutation flow as you'll move the body in a similar way but the only time you'll put any weight on your hands/wrists is when you transition from the standing sequence to the seated poses. Expect poses such as Warrior II and III, Side Angle Pose and Reverse Warrior plus some slow seated poses that will be good for hip mobility and stretching the legs.
Props required: Two blocks.
Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
note: please excuse the sometimes jumpy 'cuts' in this video - I had an insect in the room with me and had to edit it, and my somewhat distracted looking around to see where it was, out!! :-)
