This is a Chair Yoga class so you'll need a chair to sit on and use for stability in the standing poses. You'll do a seated warm-up then move to standing for a lunge sequence (you might need the support of a wall or another chair for the twist). Then you'll move to the floor for a few poses that use the chair to help you deepen the pose, before a nice long Savasana.
