This class starts with a toe-to-top mobility sequence and is followed by an energising breathing practice. Next come some rounds of Sun Salutation plus a sequence of standing poses including Warrior 2 Pose (Virabhadrasana II) and Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana). Some seated poses will stretch you out ready for Savasana.
