This Vinyasa Flow class features multple Plank Poses (Phalakasana), Forearm Plank (Phalakasana II) and Dolphin Pose (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana) to strengthen your upper body and core muscles. There's an appropriate warm-up and a final seated sequence to stretch everything out. I hope you feel strong and empowered afterwards.

Upper Back Release
This is a seated sequence to help release a stiff, tight upper back, bringing it more mobility and, I hope, a sense of relief and release. The practice can be done seated on either the floor or a chair. You'll need a block for the final supine backbend and might need another one to put under you...
-
Bridge Pose Flow
Move in and out of Bridge Pose variations to strengthen the back, core, glutes and hamstrings, while stretching the front of the body and opening the chest. We will then counterpose with gentle forward bends to stretch the back out.
Props needed: 2 blocks, a blanket for Savasana.
