Upper Back Release
Back and Core
•
25m
This is a seated sequence to help release a stiff, tight upper back, bringing it more mobility and, I hope, a sense of relief and release. The practice can be done seated on either the floor or a chair. You'll need a block for the final supine backbend and might need another one to put under your head.
