Catch Up Class Week 4 - Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hr 17 minutes

Emphasis: This week the focus is on balance. We start off with Alternate Nostril Breath (Nadi Sodhana) and progress into Sun Salutations and then add-on the sequences. Poses include Balancing Table Pose (Bharmanasana), Side Arm Balance (Vasisthasana), Eagle Pose (Garudasana) and Dancer's Pose (Natarajasana). Note: small cameo appearance by Flo :-)

Props needed: A yoga belt, blocks/bricks and a blanket, plus a chair or wall for some of the balancing poses if required.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
