Catch Up Class Week 2 - Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hr 17 minutes

Emphasis: This class focusses on strength. Expect a standing warm-up done initially without, then repeated with, a weight. Sun Salutations follow next with a little bit of extra work for your legs at the end of the sequence. Down to the floor next for some seated and supine poses - again some with and some without a weight - and then a little supine stretch out to finish off. 

Props needed: A hand-weight or, if you don't have one, something that's easy to hold but has a little heaviness such as a plastic bottle filled with water or gravel. You might also want a blanket for your knees

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
