Catch Up Class Week 1 - Monday Night Stretch & Relax

Duration: 1hr 14 minutes

Emphasis:  This slow class includes a standing pose sequence, a seated pose sequence and a supine pose sequence, all of which feature twists, hip stretches and leg stretches.

Props needed: 2 blocks or bricks, a blanket and a yoga belt.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
