Catch Up Class Week 3 - Wednesday Evening Dynamic Flow

Duration: 1hr 13 minutes

Emphasis:  The focus of this Sun Salutation-based flow is to repeat side bends, a backbend, a forward bend and a twist. This theme takes us from our warm-up right the way through the flow, the seated sequence and into the final supine one.

Props needed: A blanket, 2 blocks and/or bricks and a yoga belt.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
