Joint Mobility Sequence

Duration: 57 minutes

Emphasis: In this gentle class you'll move your joints from head to toe to help you stay comfortable and mobile.  

Props needed: Folded blanket to kneel and sit on plus some optional essential oil or body lotion to massage your feet with at the end. 

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
Note: In the pose where we stretch the inner wrists (pictured) I didn't cue it properly - I say 'lift the fingers' but I should have added 'and the palms until just the heels of your hands are in contact with the floor'. I hope that avoids confusion for you when you get to that part of the class.
