Catch Up Class Week 2 - Wednesday Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hr 16 minutes

Emphasis: In this Slow Flow class our sequences are based around Sun Salutation A and include lunges such as Crescent Moon (Anjaneyasana) and High Lunge (Alanasana aka Ashta Chandrasana), half-splits (Ardha Hanumanasana) and Pyramid Pose variation (Parsvottanasana). We then move to the floor for some Bridge Pose variations (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) and two variations of Revolved Abdomen Pose (Jathara Parivartanasana)

Props needed: Two blocks plus bricks or thick books, a blanket and a yoga belt or tie from a bathrobe.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
