Catch Up Class Week 1 (2) - Thursday General Class

Duration: 1 hr 15 minutes

Emphasis: In this class we'll use a chair to warm up and improve mobility for the joints. Then we'll progress to some more familiar yoga poses on the chair.

Props needed: A chair and a blanket.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat against the wall.
