Duration: 46 minutes
Emphasis: Life is busy and can be stressful and overwhelming, but Restorative Yoga can help. The gentle, comfortable, supported poses will relax your nervous system, helping to lower your blood pressure and slow your heart rate. It's an invitation to slow down and rest and, when you do take this time for yourself, it's a blissful relief. Note: each pose is held for around 2 minutes - if you're uncomfortable and need to come out of the pose before me please do, and find a position that's more comfortable so you can relax again.
Props required: A blanket and two pillows to make your bolster, plus an extra blanket, two blocks and two bricks.
Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
