Enjoy a slow, quiet, relaxing deep stretch with the aid of a bolster for support in each pose. I show you at the beginning how to make one if you don't already have one - you'll just need a pillow and a blanket. You can fast-forward through this bit if you have a bolster already.
Props needed: A bolster (or a blanket and a pillow), two bricks, two blocks and a blanket.
