Here's a very short flow class for you to do over the festive season when inertia has set in and you know you need to get off the sofa and move your body. This repetitive sequence will get your circulation going, fire up your muscles and move your joints. There's no need to get your yoga clothes on or even get your mat out - just find a bit of space, press play on your computer or phone and join me - you'll feel better for it :-).
