Catch Up Class Week 2 - Stretch & Relax Class

Duration: 1 hr 17 minutes

Emphasis:  Enjoy a good stretch with a focus on the hips. We'll do some seated poses with side bends and twists and then two lunge sequences which will also stretch the hamstrings, and finish off with some supported backbends.

Props needed: A blanket, some blocks, a yoga belt and a pillow.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
