Catch Up Class Week 5 - Wednesday Evening Slow Flow

Emphasis: In these repeating Sun Salutation-based sequences we build towards Eagle Pose (Garudasana). We start with some supine poses to strengthen the abdominals and other core muscles and stretch the legs, then move to a seated position to warm up the arms and shoulders. Then we move into the Sun Salutations and the poses that lead up to Eagle Pose.
Props needed: A blanket and some blocks.
