Catch Up Class Week 2 - Wednesday Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hour 18 minutes

Emphasis:  This class focuses on standing poses. Each of the 5 sequences includes 2 standing poses, a wide-leg forward bend variation and a balancing pose. Once we come down to the floor for the seated poses, our poses are all symmetrical ones. There are no backbends and only one Downward Facing Dog.

Props needed: Blocks, blanket and possibly a yoga belt or tie from a bathrobe.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
