This is the first in a series of strength-building workouts using mini resistance bands. You'll do 8 repetitions of 6 exercises, switching between upper body and lower body work. I hope you enjoy it and feel strong and empowered afterwards. If you don't have, or don't want to use, resistance bands you can do this workout without them. If you'd like to buy some, I recommend going to yogamad.com and searching for 'mini power loops'.
