Catch Up Class Week 3 - Wednesday Evening Dynamic Flow

Duration: 1 hour 13 minutes

Emphasis:  After a simple breathing practice and a seated warm-up, the first sequence takes you from Balancing Table Pose (Dandayamana Bharmanasana) to Crescent Moon Pose (Anjaneyasana) with a few added variations, the second sequence introduces Fallen Triangle Pose (Patita Tarasana) which transitions into High Lunge (Alanasana), and the third sequence adds in Side Arm Balance (Vasisthasana) and Bow Pose (Dhanurasana).

Props needed: A blanket to sit and kneel on.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
